President Halford added a Judiciary Committee referral to SENATE               
BILL NO. 60 "An Act making appropriations for construction and                 
major maintenance of schools; and providing for an effective date."            
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 60 was referred to the Health, Education and                   
Social Services Committee, the Judiciary Committee and the Finance             
Committee.
